I absolutely love Dickens and this book is why. This story is a fabulous reminder to us all that we have many reasons to be happy during the holidays.

I really liked this book. I didn't think that I would be able to understand it, because it was sort of an old book, but I really did enjoy it. I've decided I like Charles Dickens's writing style. I like his humor and his characters. I loved how Scrooge changed. I think he is a very nice person, really. I liked how the book (or at least the one I read) was broken up into 5 "staves", which really helped me organize my thoughts and see how each ghost helped Scrooge in their own way. I think this is a good book for everyone to read, especially during the Christmas season.
